KVR-S constant flow rate controller

The KVR-S is a constant flow rate controller operated with external energy. Adjustment is done by an asymmetrically arranged, angled control plate that guarantees good control even at low flow rates. The range of operation (depending on size) is between 40 m³/h and 4500 m³/h at temperatures between -30°C and +100°C. The control performance is ensured regardless of the type of installation or whether it is installed in a supply or exhaust air system. The control accuracy is +/- 10 % from the configured nominal flow rate.

Function and Effect

The control plate changes the free flow area according to the configured nominal flow rate and keeps the flow rate constant in pressure ranges from 50 Pa to 1000 Pa. The control plate is pre-adjusted to the customer’s needs or wishes but can also be adjusted subsequently by hand.
