DIA-HF Ceiling induction diffuser discharging from two sides

The ceiling diffuser DIA-HF is designed to ensure comfortable ventilation of rooms with high cooling loads. The energy advantage of water as a transport medium combined with optimized air flow and ceiling flow characteristics are used to best advantage. The shallow case height of the series is equally suitable for low ceilings in new constructions and renovation of existing buildings with an ideal room height range of 2,6 m to 4,0 m. There are two different models of the DIA-HF: model M for lower air volumes and model ML for higher air volumes. Additionally heat exchangers available in power level -1 and -2.

Product ceiling induction diffuser discharging from two sides for high flow rates (HF = high flow) Finish Air duct and plenum box made galvanized steel sheet. Frame and front panel made of powder-coated aluminium as well as steel in white (RAL 9003/30%) or RAL-color of your choice. Heat exchanger made of copper pipe with pressed on aluminium blades. The exterior blades for air guiding consist of polyamide (optional). Primary air up to 320 m³/h Sizes L 12000 – 3000 mm, W 600 mm, H 190 mm Power output up to 3500 W (50 – 150 Pa)

 

Function and effect

The room is supplied with centrally purified outside air (primary air) through the ceiling induction diffusers. The outside air flows through the nozzles into the mixing chamber. The air flows are mixed and flow horizontally into the room as supply air through the special diffuser slots. Four sizes (1200, 1800, 2400, 3000) in addition to five nozzle sizes (1 – 5) are available.
